Steps
1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
3. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions - about 8-10 minutes.
4. Heat 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil in a small pan over medium heat.
5. Add the ham and stir for 2 minutes.
6. Add the butter, white wine, cream, salt and pepper, and stir to blend.
7. Drain the pasta and add it to the sauce.
8. Add the grated cheese and stir again.
9. Place the mixture into an oven-safe dish.
10. Bake in preheated oven for about 15 minutes, or until cheese is lightly golden and bubbly.
11. Serve with fresh parsley for garnish.
