Chicken and Potato Pasta Bake with Carrot and Zucchini

A comforting and flavorful pasta bake combining chicken mince, potatoes, carrots, and zucchini in a creamy sauce, topped with cheese and baked to perfection.

Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). 2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then set aside. 3. In a skillet, heat oil and sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant. 4. Add the chicken mince and cook until browned. 5. Stir in the diced potato, grated carrot, and diced zucchini. Cook for a few minutes. 6. Pour in the chicken broth and cream. Season with salt and pepper. 7. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and mix everything together. 8. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with grated cheese. 9. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until the cheese is golden and bubbly. 10. Serve hot and enjoy!
