Steps
1. In a bowl, mix together mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and orange liqueur until smooth.
2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold it into the mascarpone mixture.
3. Dip ladyfinger cookies in orange juice and layer them at the bottom of a serving dish.
4. Spread a layer of cranberry sauce over the cookies, followed by a layer of the mascarpone mixture.
5. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used up, ending with a dollop of mascarpone on top.
6. Garnish with orange zest.
7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
