1. Preheat the oven to 400F. 2. Heat the olive oil in a large oven proof skillet. 3. Add the chicken and bacon and brown on all sides. 4. Add mushrooms, butter, and season with salt and pepper. 5. Pour the wine over the chicken and mushrooms and bring to a boil. 6. Cover the pan tightly with foil and place it in the preheated oven. 7. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and tender. 8. Serve and enjoy!
