Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Cut the pepper in half and remove the seeds.
3. Toast the multigrain bread.
4. In a bowl, mix together the onion, egg, salt and pepper.
4. Stuff the pepper halves with the egg mixture.
5. Place the pepper halves in a baking dish and bake for 10 minutes.
6. Spread the ketchup over the pepper halves and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
7. Plate with the toast to enjoy!
