Steps
1. In a pan, cook the chicken breast until fully cooked. Shred the chicken and set aside.
2. In the same pan, sauté the onions and bell pepper until softened.
3. Add the shredded chicken back to the pan. Sprinkle turmeric, cumin, and coriander powder. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Create wells in the chicken mixture and crack eggs into them.
5. Cover and cook until the eggs are done to your liking.
6. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
