Steps
1. In a small bowl, mix the minced garlic with the dairy-free butter.
2. Spread this garlic butter mixture on one side of each bread slice.
3. Heat a pan over medium heat and place the bread slices, buttered side down.
4. Toast until golden brown, then flip the slices over.
5. Spread ketchup on the toasted side of each slice.
6. Cook for another minute, then remove from heat.
7. Serve hot with a side of dairy-free yogurt.
