
Steps
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds; let them splutter.
- Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent.
- Add chopped carrot, bell pepper, green peas, and green chili; cook for about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the turmeric powder and salt.
- Add rolled oats and mix well.
- Pour in 1 cup of water and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover, and cook until the oats are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Once cooked, stir in lemon juice and garnish with coriander leaves before serving.
