Steps
1. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs until well combined.
2. Add the chopped spinach, onion, green chili, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
3. Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
4. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and spread it evenly.
5. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the bottom is set.
6. Flip the omelette and cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until fully cooked.
7. Serve hot with a side of whole wheat toast or paratha.
