Tasty Tuna Chilla   

This traditional Indian snack packs a healthy punch with a dose of tasty tuna!

1. Preheat a pan over medium heat and add the olive oil. 2. Add the chopped onion and mix until lightly browned, about 3 minutes. 3. Add the tuna, cumin powder, chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt and mix everything together. 4. Soak the bread slices in water for 3-5 minutes. 5. Once the bread is soft, add to the pan and mix. 6. Add cilantro and mint leaves, cover the pan, and cook for 5 minutes. 7. Remove from heat and serve the chilla.

- ½ can tuna - 2 slices of whole wheat bread - ¼ teaspoon cumin powder - ½ teaspoon chili powder - ½ teaspoon coriander powder - 1 large onion (chopped) - Fresh cilantro, mint leaves (optional) - 1 tablespoon olive oil - ½ teaspoon garam masala - Red chili powder (optional) - Salt to taste
