Steps
1. Heat up the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
2. Add the onion and carrots and cook on medium heat until it softened.
3. Add the mushrooms and cook for 1-2 minutes.
4. Add the cubed chicken and season with salt, pepper and curry powder. Cook everything together until chicken is cooked throughout.
5. Add the spinach and garam masala and stir everything together for 1-2 minutes more.
6. Serve and enjoy!
