Steps
1. In a bowl, combine chicken, yogurt, and tikka masala spice mix. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add onions, garlic, and ginger, sautéing until onions are translucent.
3. Add the marinated chicken to the pan, cooking until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
4. Stir in crushed tomatoes and coconut milk, allowing to simmer for about 10 minutes.
5. Season with salt and garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
