Steps
1. Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
3. Add sliced onions and sauté until golden brown.
4. Add green chili and chopped tomato, cook until tomatoes soften.
5. Stir in turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook for 2 minutes.
6. Add the boiled pasta and mix well to coat with the masala.
7. Sprinkle garam masala and cook for another 2 minutes while stirring.
8. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
