1. Crush the digestive biscuits into coarse crumbs. 2. Break the wafers into smaller pieces but keep some intact for texture. 3. Melt the chocolate bar gently over a double boiler or microwave until smooth. 4. Dip the vanilla cake slices briefly in the cooled coffee to infuse flavor. 5. In a serving glass or bowl, start layering: place a base layer of crushed digestive biscuits. 6. Add a layer of coffee-soaked vanilla cake slices. 7. Spread a layer of vanilla cream over the cake. 8. Add a layer of broken wafers on top. 9. Drizzle melted chocolate over the wafers. 10. Repeat the layering once more ending with melted chocolate drizzle. 11. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving to set layers and enhance flavors.
