Steps
1. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
2. Gradually add milk and oil, whisking until smooth batter forms.
3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
4. Using a tablespoon, drop small rounds of batter (about macarons-sized) onto the pan.
5. Cook for 1-2 minutes until bubbles form, then flip and cook another 1 minute.
6. Remove pancakes and let cool slightly.
7. Spread Nutella on one pancake and sandwich with another.
8. Repeat with remaining pancakes and serve warm or at room temperature.
