
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, combine milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Spoon the batter into a greased mini donut pan, filling each cavity about halfway.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let the donuts cool for a few minutes, then toss them in a mixture of sugar and cinnamon for coating.
- Enjoy your mini donuts warm or at room temperature!
