Steps

1. Pat the salmon fillet dry and season both sides with salt and pepper. 2. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. 3. Place the salmon fillet skin-side down and cook for 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy. 4. Flip the salmon and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily. 5. Reduce heat to low, add butter, minced garlic, herbs, lemon zest, and juice to the pan. 6. Spoon the lemon herb butter over the salmon for 1-2 minutes to infuse flavor. 7. Remove from heat and serve immediately with the pan sauce drizzled on top.
