Steps
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a small bowl, mix honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, pepper, and chili flakes if using.
3. Place the chicken thigh in a baking dish and brush the honey mixture all over the skin.
4. Bake the chicken for 30-35 minutes until the skin is golden and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
5. Halfway through baking, baste the chicken with the remaining honey sauce to enhance the glaze.
6. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes.
7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
