Steps
1. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper.
2. In a small bowl, mix Dijon mustard, honey, minced garlic, and olive oil to create the glaze.
3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add a little oil.
4. Cook the chicken breast for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked and golden brown.
5. In the last 2 minutes of cooking, brush the honey mustard glaze onto the chicken, turning to coat both sides.
6. Remove from heat and let rest for 2 minutes.
7. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.
