Steps
1. In a small bowl, mix Dijon mustard, honey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to create the glaze.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper, then place it in the hot skillet.
4. Cook the chicken for 5-6 minutes on one side until golden brown.
5. Flip the chicken and brush the honey mustard glaze generously over the cooked side.
6. Cook for another 5-6 minutes, brushing the glaze occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
7. Remove from heat and let it rest for 2 minutes.
8. Garnish with fresh thyme or rosemary if desired and serve immediately.
