Pan-Seared Lemon Herb Trout

Steps

1. Pat the trout fillet dry and season both sides with salt and pepper. 2. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. 3. Place the trout fillet skin side down and cook for 3-4 minutes until skin is crispy. 4. Flip the trout carefully and add butter, garlic, and parsley to the pan. 5. Spoon the melted butter and garlic over the trout as it cooks for another 2-3 minutes until fish is opaque. 6. Remove from heat and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the trout. 7. Serve immediately with your choice of sides.
