Steps
1. Season the cod fillet with salt and pepper.
2. Heat the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Add the cod fillet to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
4. Remove the cod from the skillet and set aside.
5. In the same skillet, add the lemon juice and cook for 1-2 minutes until slightly reduced.
6. Stir in the chopped parsley.
7. Pour the lemon butter sauce over the cod fillet.
8. Serve hot and enjoy!
