Steps
1. Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and half the cinnamon.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Add chicken breast and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
5. Add apple slices and cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.
6. Stir in honey, remaining cinnamon, and chicken broth. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
7. Return chicken to the skillet and coat with the apple glaze.
8. Cook together for another minute, then garnish with fresh thyme if desired.
9. Serve hot.
