Paneer Tikka Masala

A delicious and creamy vegetarian Indian dish made with marinated paneer cubes cooked in a spiced tomato gravy.

Steps

1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. Add paneer cubes and marinate for 30 minutes. 2. Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions. Sauté until golden brown. 3. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute. 4. Add tomato puree, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt. Cook for 5 minutes. 5. Add marinated paneer cubes and diced bell pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes. 6. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with naan or rice.
