Steps

1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. 2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds. Let them sizzle. 3. Add sliced onions and sauté until golden brown. 4. Stir in bell peppers and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened. 5. Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt.
