1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. 2. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. 3. Add chicken slices, season with salt and pepper, and cook until lightly browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes. 4. Toss in broccoli and bell peppers, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp. 5. Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, and water in a small bowl. 6.
