Steps

1. Season the tuna steak with salt and pepper on both sides. 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. 3. Sear the tuna steak for 2-3 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or longer to desired doneness. 4. In a small bowl, mix diced avocado, tomato, red onion, lime juice, salt, and pepper to make the salsa. 5. Plate the tuna steak and top with the avocado salsa. 6. Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves and serve immediately.
