Steps

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. 3. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. 4. Sear the chicken breast for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. 5. Transfer skillet to the oven and roast for 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. 6. Remove chicken and set aside to rest. 7. In the same skillet, add butter and garlic; sauté for 1 minute. 8. Add halved grapes and cook for 3-4 minutes until they begin to soften. 9. Pour in chicken broth and add thyme leaves; simmer for 5 minutes until sauce slightly thickens. 10. Return chicken to skillet, coat with sauce, and serve warm.
