Steps
1. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the chicken until golden and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes per side. Let it rest for a few minutes.
3. Slice the cooked chicken into thin strips.
4. Spread the mayonnaise evenly over the tortilla wrap.
5. Layer the salad greens, cucumber slices, tomato, and chicken strips on top of the mayonnaise.
6. Roll the tortilla tightly into a wrap.
7. Optional: cut in half and serve immediately or wrap in foil for lunch on the go.
