Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a small ramekin.
2. Crush 2 Oreo cookies into small pieces and set aside.
3. In a small bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and baking powder.
4. Add milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract; stir until smooth.
5. Fold in the crushed Oreo pieces.
6. Pour the batter into the ramekin and bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
7. While the cake bakes, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth to make the frosting.
8. Let the cake cool for 5 minutes, then spread the frosting on top.
9. Garnish with the crushed Oreo cookie.
