Steps
1. In a small bowl, mix grated ginger, honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic to create the glaze.
2. Season the salmon fillet with salt and pepper.
3. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
4. Place the salmon fillet skin-side down and cook for 3-4 minutes until crispy.
5. Flip the salmon and brush the glaze over the cooked side.
6. Cook for another 3-4 minutes, brushing glaze occasionally until salmon is cooked through and caramelized.
7. Remove from heat and serve with a lemon wedge if desired.
