Steps

1. Gently drain excess water from the silken tofu and place it in a bowl. 2. In a small bowl, mix lime juice, honey (or agave), and a pinch of sea salt to create a tangy dressing. 3. Toss the orange segments and chopped mint in the dressing. 4. Place tofu in a serving dish and gently spread the citrus-mint mixture over the top. 5. Sprinkle lemon zest and add crushed ice around the tofu for a cooling effect. 6. Serve immediately for maximum freshness and chill.
