Tea-Infused Chicken with Citrus Glaze

Steps

1. Brew strong black tea and let it cool. 2. In a bowl, combine brewed tea, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. 3. Marinate the chicken breast in the tea mixture for at least 30 minutes. 4. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. 5. Remove chicken from marinade and pat dry, then cook in the pan for 5-6 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. 6. In a small saucepan, combine orange juice and lemon zest; simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly reduced. 7. Brush the citrus glaze over the cooked chicken before serving.
