Steps

1. In a bowl, combine grated ginger, minced garlic, honey, soy sauce, and sesame oil to create the marinade. 2. Add the sliced chicken breast to the marinade and let it sit for 10 minutes. 3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. 4. Add marinated chicken to the pan and stir-fry until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. 5.
