Steps
1. In a bowl, combine grated ginger, minced garlic, honey, soy sauce, and sesame oil to create the marinade.
2. Add the sliced chicken breast to the marinade and let it sit for 10 minutes.
3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
4. Add marinated chicken to the pan and stir-fry until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
5. Add broccoli florets and bell pepper slices to the pan and cook for another 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot, optionally with steamed rice or noodles.
