Steps

1. Preheat a grill pan or skillet over medium heat. 2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken breast with this marinade. 3. Grill the chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Let it rest for 2 minutes, then slice into thin strips. 4. In another bowl, mix Greek yogurt with lemon juice, a pinch of salt, and pepper to make the dressing. 5.
