Steps

1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper to create the marinade. 2. Place the chicken breast into the marinade and coat well. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes. 3. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. 4. Grill the chicken breast for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). 5. Remove from grill and let rest for 3 minutes before slicing. 6. Serve with your choice of side or salad.
