Steps
1. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, dill, parsley, salt, and pepper.
2. Place the salmon fillet in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
3. Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
4. Place the marinated salmon on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
5. Remove from the grill and serve immediately, garnished with lemon slices.
