Steps
1. Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and half of the minced garlic.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Add the chicken breast and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Remove chicken and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, add the sliced apples and remaining garlic. Cook for 3-4 minutes until apples start to soften.
5. Sprinkle cinnamon over the apples and drizzle honey. Stir gently and cook for another 2 minutes.
6. Return the chicken to the skillet, spoon some of the apple mixture over it, and cook together for 1-2 minutes to blend flavors.
7. Garnish with fresh thyme or rosemary if desired and serve warm.
