Steps
1. Season the salmon fillet with salt and pepper.
2. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
3. Place the salmon fillet in the pan, skin side down, and cook for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
4. Remove the salmon from the pan and set aside.
5. In the same pan, melt the butter and add the minced garlic. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
6. Stir in the lemon juice and chopped parsley.
7. Pour the lemon butter sauce over the salmon fillet.
8. Serve hot with your choice of sides.
