Steps

1. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. 2. Melt the dark chocolate gently in a heatproof bowl over simmering water. 3. In a blender, combine the ripe avocado, melted chocolate, olive oil, minced garlic, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy. 4.
