Steps
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper.
3. In a small bowl, mix the honey and minced garlic.
4. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
5. Add the chicken breast to the skillet and brush the honey-garlic mixture on top.
6. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until lightly browned.
7. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
8. While the chicken is cooking, cook the pasta according to package instructions.
9. In a separate pan, heat some olive oil and add the sliced onions.
10. Cook the onions over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until they become caramelized and golden brown.
11. Once the chicken is done, remove it from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
12. Serve the honey glazed chicken over a bed of cooked pasta and top with caramelized onions.
13. Garnish with fresh parsley and enjoy!
