3. Slice the chicken breast horizontally, creating a pocket for the stuffing.
4. Stuff the cheese mixture into the pocket of the chicken breast.
5. Secure the opening with toothpicks.
6. Season the outside of the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and paprika.
7. Place the stuffed chicken breast on a baking sheet.
8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
9. Remove the toothpicks before serving.
