Steps
1. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper on both sides.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Add the chicken breast and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked and golden brown.
4. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and minced garlic.
5. Once the chicken is cooked, reduce heat to low and spread the garlic mayonnaise over the chicken.
6. Cover the skillet and let it warm for 2 minutes to meld flavors.
7. Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve.
