Steps
1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. In a bowl, beat the egg, sugar, and softened butter until the mixture is pale and fluffy.
3. Gently fold in the flour, passion fruit juice, and a pinch of baking powder.
4. Pour the batter into a small greased baking dish.
5. Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
6. Let the cake cool completely.
7. Poke holes all over the cake using a fork.
8. Mix the sweetened condensed milk and heavy cream together, then pour evenly over the cake.
9. Refrigerate the cake for at least 2 hours to chill and set.
10. Before serving, spread the fresh passion fruit pulp on top for a tangy finish.
