Steps

1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. 2. Add the chicken breast to the marinade, making sure it's well coated. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes. 3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add a little olive oil. 4.
