1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper to create the marinade. 2. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and add to the marinade. Toss to coat well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator. 3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. 4. Thread the marinated chicken, bell pepper, and onion onto the skewers, alternating between ingredients. 5.
