Steps
1. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper.
2. Place the chicken breast in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Coat the chicken evenly with the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
4. Grill the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
5. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
