
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the salmon fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the marinade over the salmon fillet, making sure it is evenly coated.
- Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley.
