Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Place the salmon fillet on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
4. Pour the marinade over the salmon fillet, making sure it is evenly coated.
5. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
