Steps
1. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh into a blender or food processor.
2. Add the cocoa powder, erythritol, almond milk, vanilla extract, and salt to the blender with the avocado.
3. Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
4. Taste and adjust the sweetness if desired by adding more erythritol.
5. Transfer the mousse to a serving dish or individual ramekins.
6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the mousse to set.
7. Serve chilled and enjoy!
