Steps
1. In a small bowl, dissolve gelatin powder in 2 tbsp warm water. Let it bloom for 5 minutes.
2. Heat the gelatin mixture gently until fully dissolved, then mix with evaporated milk and sugar until sugar is dissolved. Set aside to cool.
3. Blend the avocado until smooth.
4. Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
5. In a serving glass, layer half of the avocado puree.
6. Pour half of the milk-gelatin mixture over the avocado layer.
7. Add a layer of diced mango and jelly cubes.
8. Repeat the layers: remaining avocado puree, milk-gelatin mixture, and top with remaining mango and jelly.
9. Drizzle melted chocolate over the top layer.
10. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
